In these economic times we all need a little help from our friends.  The Sac Phil is no exception.  Ticket sales cover only 35% of the costs for our concerts, educational programs and free concerts for families.  Two-thirds of the orchestra’s budget comes from grants, special events and donations, from our friends like you.

You can play your part in making great music possible!  Your support brings music to the concert hall, to special events, to schools and to hospitals!  Everybody deserves great music.  Think of each dollar of your donation as a note in a concerto, a string on a cello or a life touched by the gift of music.

Right now we have 140 friends who have contributed over $50,000 already.  Our goal is to have 1000 Friends by June 30, 2009.
