WTMD is a Listener Supported National Public Radio (NPR) Affiliate Station.

WTMD is extremely dedicated to music lovers like you and me- those that appreciate artists that may not be on top 40 radio.  They are a now a house hold name in Baltimore, not only because they play the music we love, but because they've worked hard to create COMMUNITY by supporting local artists, planning special events (such as First Thursday Concerts), and actually listening to their listeners.  Please support WTMD this fall, even if it's a few dollars!  Trust me, having a good local radio station is like having a good local farmer's market- You know exactly where the goods are coming from!
