A message from WTMD: Radio for Music People:

WTMD is a Listener Supported National Public Radio (NPR) Affiliate Station.

I'm The General Manager's Dog Hudson.  Some of you have met me at First Thursdays and other WTMD events.  I live a hard life and I need your help to raise the money it takes for my owner and his staff to run WTMD.

You see, my favorite band is Dr. Dog and I remember how hard everyone at WTMD worked to bring them to town for an Emerging Artist Concert.  That's one of the reasons why WTMD deserves your financial contribution--great bands we get to meet and know about before anyone else!

But all these great shows take time to produce and the staff works long hours.  I'm hoping you'll support WTMD right now so the station has a strong financial footing for the future.  It's been a tough year and my owner has come home many nights worrying how WTMD is going to continue their very important mission.  I try to cheer him up by licking his head but I know your support will do a better job.

And all of my contributors will go to Canton in the Hood to Hood challenge so my owner can get home quick after the awesome party the station will throw for the winning 'Hood!

If you see me at the Canton Dog Park, please say hello.  I'm the Golden Retriever that runs under the bench and my owner is the guy in the WTMD t-shirt checking his email on his iPhone every three minutes instead of throwing me a ball to play with.  Sometimes I have work hard to drag him away from WTMD!!!!!
