As you look toward your last few months in the McIntire School, I hope that you will participate in the 2011 Graduate Class Giving Campaign with a gift or a pledge to the McIntire Annual Fund. Class Giving is a long-standing tradition held in high esteem by McIntire students, faculty, and alumni. Making a pledge or gift to the School leaves your legacy for McIntire's future.

The McIntire School depends on private support for nearly a third of our operating budget each year. Very simply, private support is essential to pursue excellence and innovation and to support the School’s growth and our graduate programs. Your choice to give back in any amount demonstrates your engagement with the School, shows the U.Va. community that you are pleased with the McIntire experience, and has a positive impact on the programs and activities that keep McIntire among the elite business schools.

The 2011 Graduate Class Giving Campaign is a team effort where participation matters most. Traditionally, McIntire’s Fourth Years consistently sets the record for class giving among other schools on Grounds and recent class participation rates ranged between 85% and 93%. With your enthusiasm, we hope that the McIntire Graduate Class of 2011 will be the first class in University history to reach 100% participation. Please make your gift or pledge and encourage your classmates to join you in supporting the School.
