A message from Lake Braddock Band Boosters:

The Lake Braddock Band and Color Guard has the honor to perform, tour and participate in cultural exchanges in China this coming spring 2010.

Our band is only the second U.S. high school music ensemble ever invited by the US-China Cultural and Education Foundation to participate in this cultural exchange program...  a very special invitation since this foundation only sponsors two large groups per year from the United States.

We will perform several concerts of American music, accompanied by an audio/visual presentation of American cities and towns, participate in cultural exchange visits with Chinese schools and attend a number of cultural events.

Even with significant subsidies from the Cultural and Education Foundation, we face preparation and travel related expenses associated with this trip including obtaining visas, transporting uniforms, instruments and percussion equipment.

Because the Bruin Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) organization, all contributions are tax deductible.
