WTMD is a Listener Supported National Public Radio (NPR) Affiliate Station.

Hey former WCVT Staff and fans:

25 years ago I walked into the studios of 89.7FM for the first time. In doing that, I made some lifelong friends - and found out just how great home-grown radio can be. From Bach to Rock, we did it all. Morning Motif, the All-Night Show, Saturday Morning Polka Hop, Pandora's Box, Local Band Showcase, Le Melange and everything else.

Well, WCVT is no more, but WTMD is doing a great job of providing the area with the kind of high-quality programming we can be proud of. Let's show them our appreciation and throw them a few bucks to keep them on the air.
