David Andrukonis, CEO, Founder
Recently
named one of Washington D.C.'s 40 Under 40 by the Washington Business Journal, David, with co-founder, Will Marlow, architected AlumniFidelity's nimble and ruthlessly comprehensive software platform, Digital Class Agency™. David continues to develop the platform based on data from AlumniFidelity's 60-plus institutional clients. David studied business administration at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, graduating in 2005. While in school, David architected interactive employee-training software for Capital One and led an educational start-up venture in Arlington, VA and Wake County, NC.
Will comes from Capitol Hill, where he served as the Director of Online Communication and Press Secretary for two members of Congress. The inspiration for AlumniFidelity came from Will's work on Capitol Hill. Will and David teamed up during the summer of 2007 to create a company that would help universities and schools benefit from the same online fundraising tools that were revolutionizing the political fundraising process. Will graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2005. He strategically consults AlumniFidelity's 60-plus institutional clients.
Joel Reed, Chief Software Architect
Joel brings the whole software armamentarium to AlumniFidelity. Over the past 15 years, Joel has led several multi-million dollar software projects with codebases approaching 300,000 lines of code and 10 million dollars a year in combined revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Penn State University.
Salman Nasir, Product Development Director
Salman is the spirited director of AlumniFidelity's software development team. He builds on a thoroughgoing foundation of software know-how from over ten years the industry, and unceasingly drives his team to innovate further. Prior team captaincies include roles as Project Manager at Daedalus Software and Team Lead at Salesgene. He is an alumnus of Pak-AIMS (now the The Institute of Management Sciences) in Lahore, Pakistan.
Candice Rose, Acccount Director
Candice works directly with clients during the onboarding process and subsequently, providing comprehensive training on AlumniFidelity's software platform, strategic counsel, and ongoing support and tactical recommendations. Candice has been with the company since its founding, and is expert at helping people of varying technical skill level understand and take maximum advantage of AlumniFidelity's software.
Jim Warren, Founding Advisor
Jim was selected to head AlumniFidelity's Advisory Board because of his unparalleled experience and renown across the university development community. Jim (JD with honors, George Washington University, 1982; Bachelor of Economics, magna cum laude, Duke, 1979) is President and Founder of College Connections, a 27-year-old firm that has driven unprecedented success for its university development, alumni association, and athletics foundation clients. College Connections' accomplishments include increasing annual giving participants by 92% (+219) and participation by 64% over three years.
Jim served as President of the Duke Alumni Association from 1994-95 and as a member of the Duke Board of Trustees from 1995-96.
In 2005, the president of Bucknell, a College Connections client, asked Jim to pinch-hit as Bucknell's Interim Director of Alumni. Jim served with distinction for 12 months.
